Terms and Conditions

Invite-Only Access

No Cap Media is an invite-only service. Access is personal to the account holder and may be changed, paused, declined, revoked, or discontinued when needed for operations, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or upstream provider requirements.

Authorized Sources Only

You may only use this service with content sources and provider access you are authorized to use. No Cap Media does not grant media rights, sell content rights, or authorize access to content outside the permissions supplied by the relevant upstream provider, account, or rights holder.

Account and Device URLs

• Do not share your account, invite code, playlist URLs, guide URLs, tuner URLs, or stream URLs.
• Device URLs are bearer secrets. Anyone with a working URL may be able to use that device slot.
• If a device URL is leaked, abused, or posted publicly, it may be revoked or regenerated.
• Device limits are enforced per plan and may require removing an old device before adding a new one.

Acceptable Use

• Do not resell, redistribute, scrape, overload, probe, attack, or bypass the service.
• Do not use the service for unlawful activity or unauthorized access.
• Do not attempt to access another user's account, plan, device URL, or admin area.
• Do not interfere with rate limits, logging, token revocation, or security controls.

Requests, Renewals, and Cancellation

New plans and renewals are request-based. Users may submit requests, but an admin must manually provision or renew upstream access before the request is completed. Cancelling a plan revokes active device URLs for that plan.

Service Changes

The service depends on hosting, network availability, device compatibility, admin operations, and upstream provider access. Features, channels, guide data, device behavior, availability, and setup instructions may change without notice.

No Warranty

The service is provided as-is and as available. No Cap Media does not promise uninterrupted service, perfect compatibility, complete guide data, continuous upstream access, or error-free operation.

Abuse and Security

No Cap Media may investigate suspicious activity, revoke device URLs, disable accounts, decline requests, remove invite access, or preserve records when needed to protect users, providers, infrastructure, or the service.
